Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of LeadEngage, a lead-generation platform operated by N-Marketing. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

LeadEngage helps you find potential customers from public business sources and public social media posts, scores them with AI, drafts outreach, and sends emails you approve. Features may change over time.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all outreach you send, including replies you post on social platforms using drafts from LeadEngage.
  • You must follow the laws that apply to your marketing, including anti-spam, consumer-protection, privacy and, where relevant, advertising rules for your industry (for example rules on medical or financial advertising).
  • You must follow the terms and community rules of each social platform. Do not use LeadEngage to send spam, mass unsolicited messages, harassment or misleading claims.
  • You must honour opt-out requests and must not contact people who ask not to be contacted.
  • Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. AI-generated content

Intent scores, summaries and suggested replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review every suggestion before you use it.

4. Third-party platforms

Social platforms, search providers and data sources are run by third parties under their own terms. Their availability, limits and policies can change at any time and may affect what LeadEngage can do. If you add a search API key, you are responsible for that provider's fees and terms; LeadEngage uses the key only as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or in your agreement with us. We may change prices with advance notice.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service, other users or third-party platforms at risk.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any number of leads, replies or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
